The condition of the hotel in general was poor. The elevator was actually a hazard. Floors were dirty in the hallways. The rooms were dirty and poorly kept. The sheets were thin and torn.

I recently had a great stay at this hotel in the center of town. the location was excellent, with major must-see sights just around the corner. There were also plenty of great restaurants nearby, making it convenient for dining out. Secondly, the staff at this hotel were very attentive and worked hard to make our stay comfortable. They were helpful in arranging specific trips and making phone calls for us. Lastly, despite the basic amenities in the rooms, they were very clean and well-maintained, which was a pleasant surprise.

The Hotel is very bad - just the location near the central place is OK!

1. We got a room with NO windoy, and no air ventilation. 2. The bedlinnen where dirty. 3. The room was not prapared, when we arrived, despite a reservation with our exact arrival time.

The location of this hotel is very convenient, as it is situated close to key attractions such as museums and parks. there are various public transport options available nearby, making it very easy to explore the city. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, providing us with all the information we needed during our stay. the facilities available in the hotel were adequate and met our basic needs.

The quality of our room did not match our expectations. There were some issues with cleanliness and maintenance, such as dirty sheets, broken showerheads, and faulty electrical sockets.

And the free breakfast offered is filling and satisfying, ensuring guests start their day off right.

The price.

The window lock was broken allowing anyone on the outside to gain access to the room. Pillowcases were ridiculously small - the pillow was hanging halfway out of the case. We were locked out of the hotel upon returning shortly after midnight during a period when rioters were setting fires in the streets protesting policies from the previous dictatorship - very frightening. Strange guys were hanging around the steps of the hotel. We frantically rang the doorbell for about 30 minutes until someone let us inside. We had previously arranged with the desk clerk to have a cab waiting for us at 05:45am in order to catch an early flight. Amazingly, the cabbie was there on time - but we were now locked inside the hotel! The desk clerk arrived at 07:00 and let us out (including another guy from Japan).

Hotel España was awful!!! No toilet paper! No shampoo! Dusty! We couldn't even eat the breakfast that was included because it was so bad and should not be called breakfast.
